Throughout his career, Pushing Forward Realty’s owner and principal broker Joshua Brown has brokered more than $50 million dollars in residential sales and leases. As a native Brooklynite, he serves as 1st Vice-Chairperson for Brooklyn Community Board 4’s Bushwick neighborhood.
Committed to community empowerment, Joshua remains passionate about educating local homeowners about building generational wealth and the importance of preserving the cultural fabric of the community.

Ray Addison, a Harlem native, brings two decades of experience in real estate development, syndication, asset management, and nonprofit housing strategy. He has overseen the development and management of more than 1,300 units of affordable and supportive housing, including residences for seniors and individuals transitioning out of homelessness.
Guided by faith and purpose, Ray’s leadership has shaped housing policy and operations across New York City. He has held key roles at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York (Preserving Housing Division) and served as Chief Operating Officer of the Village of Nyack Housing Authority, managing contract compliance and operations for public and mixed-finance portfolios—particularly in under-resourced, low-income communities facing acute housing insecurity. A staunch advocate for the underserved, Ray devotes his time, talent, and treasures to causes closest to his heart—advancing housing justice, racial equity, and community development. He envisions housing as sacred ground for healing and upward mobility, connecting low-income families to wraparound services that restore dignity.
